for information to be sent through the U.S. Mail. After reviewing the
material, fill out the account registration form and mail it with your
initial investment.

I'm already an investor. How can I check on my account?

Call 1-800-221-5519 between 8am and 6pm Eastern Time Monday through
Friday to speak to a shareholder services representative about your
account. Have your account number ready. You can also call this number
24 hours a day for current share price information and account
balances. In addition, you can now access your account information on
this website - if you have not signed up already, you simply need to
complete a brief registration process which requires you to provide your account number and your social security number. You will have immediate online access to your Green Century Funds
account(s). Click here to get started.
Are your funds no-load?

Yes. Both of the Green Century Funds are no-load mutual funds, so you
do not pay a sales charge when you purchase shares. If you redeem your
shares within 60 days of purchase or acquisition through exchange, you
will be charged a redemption fee of 2.00% of the net asset value of the
shares redeemed. See the current prospectus for more information.

What is the minimum investment?

You can open an account with the Green Century Funds with a $2,500 minimum initial investment.
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Uniform Gift/Transfer to Minors Accounts (UGMA/UTMA) and Education Savings Accounts may be opened with a $1,000 minimum initial investment.
A minimum initial investment of only $1,000 is required for investors who wish to open a regular investment account with an Automatic Investment Plan of $100 or more per month.

Do you offer Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)?

Yes. You can open an IRA
in either the Balanced Fund or the Equity Fund with a $1,000 initial
investment, transfer an existing IRA account from another institution,
or even consolidate several existing IRA accounts into one Green
Century IRA account. The Funds offer Traditional, Roth and SEP IRAs.
Can I open an account to save for my child's or grandchild's education?

Yes. Education Savings Accounts and Uniform Gift/Transfer to Minors
Accounts (UGMA/UTMA) may be opened with a $1,000 minimum initial
investment.
How can I track the Funds?

Many news and financial web sites report daily share prices using the
Funds' ticker symbols: GCBLX for the Balanced Fund and GCEQX for the Equity Fund.
What are the ticker symbols for your funds?

The ticker symbol for the Balanced Fund is GCBLX. The ticker symbol for the Equity Fund is GCEQX.
How are dividends and capital gains paid?

Dividends, if any, are paid twice a year, typically in June and
December. Capital gains, if any, are paid once a year, typically in
December.
You may choose to have dividends and capital gains reinvested in your account or paid to you by check. Dividends and capital gains for retirement accounts must be reinvested rather than paid by check.
